As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you about our special operating hours and order cut-off times during Christmas and New Year. We plan to stay open and dispatch orders except Statutory Days. Please allow extra shipping time.
We will be closed for orders on the following days:
- Friday 22nd of December
- Christmas Day - Monday 25th of December
- Boxing day - Tuesday 26th of December
- Friday 29th of December
- New Year's Day - Monday 1st of January
- Day after New Year’s - Tuesday 2nd of January
CUT-OFF TIMES FOR NZ
- Christchurch Warehouse:
Cut-off time for processing orders Ex-Christchurch warehouse:
- 27/12/2023 and 28/12/2023 - 11:30am
- 3/1/2024, 4/1/2024, and 5/1/2024 - 11:30am
- Hamilton Warehouse:
Cut-off time for processing orders Ex-Hamilton warehouse:
- 27/12/2023 and 28/12/2023 - 10:00am
- 3/1/2024, 4/1/2024, and 5/1/2024 - 10:00am
Normal hours and order processing will resume as follows:
- Australian orders on Wednesday, 3rd January 2024.
- NZ orders on Monday, 8th January 2024.
