Our malt is farmed and crafted on the spectacular plains of Canterbury, located on New Zealand’s South Island. The temperate climates of the Canterbury Plains are known for producing high-quality grains. Most of the grain we use to make our Malts are grown on our own farm, but due to increased demand, we have hand picked 100 other local growers from around the Canterbury region that supply to us grains of the same high standards.

Our willingness to collaborate on different styles of malts with individual brewers is advancing the craft in exciting new ways, allowing our customers to produce craftier beers that have never being enjoyed before.
